Joomach Gear Factory

JOOMACH gear factory has 30 employees, including 12 engineers. It has a constant temperature processing workshop of 2,400 square meters and a heat treatment workshop of 2,000 square meters. The factory has high-precision gear processing, heat treatment (AICHELIN pit furnace), testing and testing equipment, including two Niles gear grinding machines imported from Germany (ZP15 and ZE800). The processing modulus is less than 25, the accuracy of external teeth can reach the ISO1328-1997-L3, and the internal teeth can reach ISO1328-1997-L4. The Klingelnberg P100L test machine (made in Germany) can detect all kinds of gears, gear cutters, worm gears, and bevel gears within Φ1500mm. The detection accuracy can reach ISO1328-1997-L1.
